Lovely location and venue. Homely wee pub and restaurant. Chicken wings, squid and brie all tasty starters. Great burger, chicken dish lovely but the highlight was the beef cheek pie, recommended by the chef. A superb dish, really tender and tasty beef with the perfect potato dauphinois side. Now child friendly as well, so full of families with a good atmosphere. A really good spot where I will return to eat and drink.

What amazing place! Tucked in off the road and could easily be missed BUT DONT miss it! The seared scallops were better than anything I've eaten before even in Cape Cod. The Pork Chop dish was spectacular..we will most definitely be back! The owner took time out to sit down for some banter with us (he's an elvis fan) that just doesnt happen anymore!

Delicious food combined with excellent and pleasant service. After eating we moved into the beer garden where the service was equally as pleasant. There was a lovely atmosphere and beautiful surroundings to relax and have some social drinks. Would highly recommend this restaurant/bar.

Great food, great service, lovely locals. Enjoyed a fantastic meal in the restaurant and then an after dinner pint in the bar. What a super spot....can't rate it highly enough.

Such a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We have loved going here for years. And the buffalo wings are a must have!
